Camping Untamed

Unwind in a natural environment with stunning views, fields and woodland. Camping Untamed is a basic, dog-friendly campsite, where time stands still.

WELCOME
to a peaceful, off-grid campsite, that offers space for you to roam and explore.
About
Escape to Camping Untamed, where peace and quiet meet endless rambling opportunities. A long list of picturesque walking places is on display on arrival, from woodlands and hills with beautiful views, to rivers and beaches - most of them on the doorstep.
Discover your perfect pitch, nestled behind a willow fedge for privacy, and unwind. Our refreshingly simple facilities, including cosy hot showers and a compost loo, offer comfort without distraction. While feeling a world away, you're just a stroll from Newcastle Emlyn and Drefach Felindre's amenities. Arrive, unload, and let the tranquillity begin. Your adventure, from May to September, awaits!
Because this is a certified campsite by The Greener Camping Club, membership is mandatory for bookings. You can gain your annual membership here or it is going to be added automatically to your basket at the check out.

What You May Need
We're all about sustainability here! We encourage you to bring your favourite eco-friendly soap and shampoo. Forgot yours? No problem! We sell small bottles of lovely Faith in Nature shampoo, conditioner, and soap on-site. We've got dish washing liquid and sponges covered, just remember your tea towel! To help us keep things tidy and to reduce waste, we kindly ask you to take some of your rubbish off the site (we'll provide bags!). You'll find handy compost bins, cardboard and glass boxes and dog waste bins on site.

We love our furry companions, but if you're looking for an animal-free experience, especially with little ones, another campsite might be a better fit.

Info for your Dog
The campsite fencing is sufficient, but some of our friends may be tempted by rabbits, squirrels, livestock, ducks, geese, and chickens nearby. For everyone's comfort and safety, please keep your dog on a lead at all times. For a little bit more freedom I have long leads and ground anchors available for hire, along with a dog run suitable for smaller dogs. Of course, dogs can enjoy off-lead playtime, too, but only after checking with all involved and under supervision. This helps to ensure a peaceful and safe environment for all our guests, their dogs, and the local wildlife. And a friendly reminder: please remember to clean up after your dog so our beautiful site stays enjoyable for everyone.
